What looks so clear in the table is that 40% of employees in their 50s are satisfied with their work; on the contrary, for those between 41 to 50 years old, the number of workers who are unsatisfied with their jobs are the highest at 64%. The table, as everyone can see it, reveals the information about staff's job satisfaction level in a certain company.
Personally, it is my belief that some reasons could account for such phenomenon. To begin with, Chinese economy and welfare, with the favorable policy of nearly thirty years, has been developing rapidly. Under such conditions, senior citizens may not only receive more benefits after retirement but also experience an abundant life. What is more, compared with other counterparts in the table, it is people who are 41 to 50 years old that have to shoulder heavier pressure, which largely comes from their life such as supporting young children, paying for the debt and taking care of their own parents. At last, there exists a general lack of the sense of security among this age group, which should have caused wide public attention.
As discussed above, it is not surprising to see such differences. From my point of view the fact that most people in their 40s will definitely feel a lot of pressure from work and life will continue for a while in the future, and it is advisable for the government to give them more support.
